If an eligible piece is not right for you, contact us within 30 days after delivery. We will guide you through the return before you send anything back.

Return eligibility

We have a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with its tags and original packaging. Please keep your receipt or other proof of purchase. Returns must be approved before anything is shipped back.

How to request a return or exchange

Eligible unworn items may be returned from addresses inside or outside the United States. Email reikiistudio@gmail.com or contact us on WhatsApp at +1 626 554 7468 with your order number and reason for the request. We will review your request and, if approved, email the correct return address, a return label where available, and carrier-specific instructions. A return authorization number is not required unless we include one in those instructions. Items sent without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted under this voluntary return policy.

Return shipping from the United States: free for approved returns.

Return shipping from outside the United States: approved returns must be sent to the U.S. The customer pays half of the return shipping cost. We will explain the available shipping method and confirm your share of the cost before you send the package.

Pack and send your jewelry

Pack everything included with the sale. Place the jewelry in its original packaging. Include all supplied components and accessories, certificates, and any promotional gifts received with the order. Protect the jewelry inside a sturdy outer box; use a second box or additional cushioning when needed to prevent damage in transit.
Prepare the parcel. Seal it securely, cover old shipping labels and barcodes, and attach the return label if one was provided. Follow any identification or packing instructions in our approval email. Do not send the parcel to the address printed on its original shipping label unless we specifically direct you to do so.
Hand it to the designated carrier. Use the service specified in your return instructions. Keep the drop-off receipt and tracking details as proof of shipment. Do not leave a valuable return at an unattended drop box unless our instructions expressly allow it.

If the original packaging or any included item is missing, contact us before shipping so we can advise you about eligibility and next steps.

Items not eligible for change-of-mind returns

Items for which a return is requested more than 30 days after delivery.
Engraved fine jewelry, except for eligible engraved rings as explained below.
Personalized fine jewelry, such as name necklaces.
Jewelry designed as a bespoke commission with our team.
Orders changed at the customer's request while they were being processed.
Rings resized or modified after the original order specifications were confirmed.
Items repaired or altered after purchase.
Sale items and gift cards.

Engraved-ring exception: An otherwise eligible engraved ring may be returned within the 30-day period. A US$50 fee for removing the engraving will be deducted from the refund. Choosing options offered on an established design template, such as gemstone, metal, or original ring size, does not by itself make the item a bespoke commission; the other eligibility rules still apply.

These exclusions apply to voluntary change-of-mind returns and do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights concerning faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, contact us promptly at reikiistudio@gmail.com or via WhatsApp so we can assess the issue and put it right. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not reduced by the change-of-mind conditions above.

Exchanges

For an eligible exchange, contact us before returning the item. The simplest way to secure a different piece is to complete an approved return and place a separate order for the new item once your return is accepted.

Refunds and promotional gifts

When your return arrives, we will inspect the jewelry for wear and check that all items supplied as part of the sale, including promotional gifts and accessories, have been returned. We will then tell you whether the refund is approved. If a promotional gift is missing, we may deduct its value as disclosed with the offer from the refund, where permitted by law. Missing components may also affect the amount refunded; we will contact you if we find an issue.

For an approved return under our 30-day policy, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, email reikiistudio@gmail.com.

European Union right of withdrawal

If goods are shipped into the European Union, eligible consumers generally have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. This legal right is separate from our 30-day voluntary policy. Statutory exceptions can apply, including to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized. The requirements and fees in our voluntary policy do not remove any mandatory consumer rights.

For a valid EU withdrawal, we will refund by the original payment method, including standard outbound delivery charges where required by law, no later than 14 calendar days after you notify us of withdrawal. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, as applicable law allows. Contact us using the details above for return instructions and the applicable shipping-cost arrangement.

Comparison shopping

Our voluntary return policy is not intended for orders of multiple pieces placed solely to keep one and return the rest. We may review patterns suggesting misuse of this policy and may decline future orders or discretionary returns where permitted. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights or return rights already agreed for an order.

Gift cards

Gift cards are not transferable, returnable, or redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Any remaining balance may be used toward a future purchase. Please safeguard your gift card and contact us promptly if it is lost or stolen; we cannot guarantee replacement or recovery, subject to applicable law.
