Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have essentially the same chemical, physical and optical properties as mined diamonds; their origin is different. Stone-specific details, including any grading report offered with a piece, are shown on its product page or confirmed before your order is finalized.

Color makes jewelry more personal. Lab-grown stones let us explore a wider range of hues, cuts and sizes while offering flexibility across designs and budgets. As every stone has its own appearance, availability and the final color are confirmed for the piece you choose.

Color stability depends on the stone and any treatment it has received. We disclose relevant treatments when applicable. To keep your jewelry looking its best, protect it from hard knocks, harsh chemicals and cleaning methods that are not suitable for its gemstone or setting. If you have a question about a particular stone, contact us before purchasing.

Yes. For an established design template, select the available gemstone, metal and original ring size on the product page. If you would like an inside-ring engraving, place your order and email us your order number and requested name or short inscription. For a different design or options not shown online, contact our designers before ordering so we can confirm what is possible, the price and the timing.

A design-template order keeps an established silhouette and setting while letting you choose the options offered for that design. Those choices alone do not make the piece a bespoke commission. A bespoke commission is a more individual design developed with our team; we confirm its scope, price and estimated schedule before production. The two types of order have different change-of-mind return rules.

The website shows a curated selection of our designs. If you have seen a Reikii Studio piece on Facebook or Instagram, or have your own inspiration, send us a link, screenshot or description. We will review the request and explain which stones, materials and design details we can offer. An inspiration image does not guarantee an exact replica.

You may send us a Pantone reference, color code or inspiration image to show the shade you have in mind. Gemstones interact with light differently from printed or digital colors, so an exact match cannot be guaranteed. We can discuss the closest available stone and confirm its appearance with you before production.

Orders based on our standard design templates are typically delivered within 12–18 business days. Inside-ring engraving adds approximately 1 business day. Special bespoke commissions usually require an additional 2–5 business days. These are estimates, and delivery may vary by destination, carrier and customs processing. We will confirm any order-specific timing when needed and send tracking when your jewelry ships.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, contact us within 30 days after delivery and wait for approval and shipping instructions before sending anything back. The item must be unworn and unused, with its tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Please return all components, certificates, accessories and promotional gifts supplied with the order. Sale items, gift cards and certain personalized or altered pieces are excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns. Potentially, yes. Choosing the gemstone, metal or original ring size offered on an established template does not by itself make the piece a non-returnable bespoke commission. It may qualify for a change-of-mind return if you request it within 30 days of delivery and meet the other eligibility conditions. A later customer-requested change during processing, or resizing or modifying a ring after its original specifications were confirmed, can make it ineligible.

An otherwise eligible engraved ring may be returned within the 30-day period, with a US$50 engraving-removal fee deducted from the refund. Other engraved or personalized jewelry, including name necklaces, and bespoke commissioned designs are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not remove rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

For an approved return sent from within the United States, return shipping is free. For an approved return sent from outside the United States, the item must be sent to the U.S. and you pay half of the return shipping cost. We will confirm the method and your share before you ship. Do not send a return to the address on the original parcel unless our instructions specifically tell you to do so.

After the return arrives, we inspect the jewelry and the items supplied with it, then let you know whether the refund is approved. Under our 30-day policy, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval; your bank or card issuer may take longer to post it. We ship to many international destinations. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are confirmed for each order and may change because of carrier or customs delays. Import duties and taxes may be collected at checkout where supported or charged by the destination's carrier or customs authority.

Lab-grown stones can cost less than comparable mined stones, leaving more room in your budget for color, size or design details. The final price still depends on the particular stone, metal, setting and level of design work. We confirm the quote for a bespoke commission before production begins.

We do not offer an in-house payment plan. The payment options available for your order appear at checkout. Contact us if you need help understanding the price or the options before placing an order.

For routine care, use lukewarm water, a little mild soap and a very soft brush, then dry the piece with a lint-free cloth. Avoid bleach, abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals. Ultrasonic and steam cleaning are not appropriate for every gemstone or setting; ask us first if you are unsure about your piece.

Stop wearing the jewelry and keep it somewhere safe to reduce the risk of losing the stone. Contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and explain the available inspection or repair options, timing and any cost before work begins.

It depends on the band, metal, setting and placement of the engraving. Resizing may affect the engraving or may not be safe for a particular design, so contact us for an assessment before having work done. A ring resized or modified after its original order specifications were confirmed is not eligible for a voluntary change-of-mind return under our current policy; rights relating to faulty goods remain unaffected.
