01 / DESIGN TEMPLATES

Choose the Details. Keep the Design.

Our design templates are carefully developed styles with a defined silhouette and setting. You make the piece personal by choosing the details that suit you.

  • Gemstone: choose blue sapphire, emerald, ruby, yellow gemstone or pink gemstone, subject to availability.
  • Metal: select from the materials offered on the product page.
  • Ring size: choose your preferred size before adding the piece to your cart.
  • Inside engraving: after ordering, email us your order number and the name or short inscription you would like engraved.

Returns: Standard jewelry, including designs ordered from established templates, may qualify for a change-of-mind return if requested within 30 days of delivery and all other conditions are met. An otherwise eligible engraved ring may be returned within the same period with a US$50 engraving-removal fee deducted from the refund. Other engraved or personalized jewelry and bespoke commissioned designs are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items remain unaffected. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Delivery timelines include production and shipping and may vary by destination, carrier and customs processing.

If our current bestsellers are not quite right, our designers can help develop a more individual piece. Send us a link, screenshot or video from our Facebook or Instagram pages—or share your own inspiration—to begin the conversation.

  1. Share your idea. Tell us about the style, gemstone, metal, size and details you have in mind.
  2. Design with us. A jewelry designer will review the request, clarify what is possible and help refine the concept.
  3. Approve and order. We will confirm the design scope, price and estimated schedule before production begins.

Returns: Bespoke pieces are made specifically for you and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect any rights that apply to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
